As with every beginning, I feel it is imperative to reveal the reason behind this. The purpose of creating this blog:

1. To document my travels.
2. For a taste of exploring what I’m stepping foot on right now.
2. To provide insights to those who are venturing into foreign land.

Hailing all the way from France, Rouen right now for exchange seems like a good springboard for me to begin this new venture. I’ve always wanted to create a travel blog, but I never got around to doing it. Now that I’m in the throes of planning my Europe travels for this entire half of the year (Jan 2015- Jun 2015) and going about different websites in search for my next travel idea and information about a particular country and the routes, I wish there was an experienced person that would tell me things I wish I knew before stepping foot into a foreign land. So with this blog, I hope to share with all the clueless wanderlusts out there the chance to step into my shoes and walk around in it. Starting to plan for a major trip is especially mind-boggling for exchange students, because, probably:

  1. We’re too young, too inexperienced, too naive.
  2. It’s our first LONGEST trip in our lives.
  3. It’s our first independent trip on our own.
  4. We’ve only got ONE chance to make the best of each country visit.

I hope this blog can provide some form of assistance for prospective exchange students or to aspiring travellers. Feel free to contact me if you need more information about my school, my itineraries, my budgets, the weather, the culture, my fears or whatsoever. I’ll be more than happy to share it with you!

I love writing, I love photographing and I love travelling. This blog is simply an amalgamation of the things I love. I hope reading this can inspire you to go forward in what makes you feel alive too! 🙂
