During my travels, Mexico has more advanced inter-city bus connections than Costa Rica, with ADO being one of their top bus companies with both air-conditioning and WiFi access.

Costa Rica on the other hand offers traditional buses, which are less frequent and less tourist-friendly.

Taxi

Taxis provide greater comfort over short distances within urban areas but can dent your pockets if used frequently or without proper negotiation skills.

Although hailing a taxi is quite easy under normal circumstances, always ensure that you ask how much the fare will cost before hopping in.

Car Rent
