What are the best places to stay in Coron, Palawan?

There are many best places to stay in when it comes to exploring Coron, Palawan.

For the first-timers, Banuang Daan is the best region to stay. Situated on the Northern side of the Coron Island, it sits on the South of the Coron Town and the Busuanga Island.

The region is popular for its pristine beaches, mesmerising lakes, and prolific green landscapes.

For travellers on a budget, Coron town is the best available option. It is the largest village on the island and is situated on the Southern Shores of Busuanga Island.

Coron Town is home to several cafes, shops, and restaurants. Coron town is not only popular for budget-conscious travellers, but is also a traveller’s top choice when it comes to staying in Coron for nightlife. This is due to the presence of many interesting places where tourists can enjoy tropical drinks etc.

Dicanituan Island and Barangay 5 are the coolest places to stay in Coron. Located on the west side of the Coron town, they are home to peaceful oasis along with tasty food options.

Coron Bay is popular for its numerous diving sites, one of which includes the Sunken Japanese Wrecks. This site is also listed in Forbes Travel Magazine’s Top 10 scuba diving sites of the world. Prepare to explore the historic twelve sunken Japanese ships from the 1944 WWII. The history and the beautiful underwater scenery will simply blow you away.
