The platform is perched at around 2,500 metres above sea level, making it one of the highest zipline experiences in the country. Once you’re suited up and ready to go, the zipline will take you across a stunning stretch of the San Félix Mountains.
You’ll zip over valleys, deep ravines, and rich greenery, with nothing but the open sky beneath you. At its peak, you’ll be reaching speeds up to 100 km/h (62 mph), making it feel like you’re flying through the air.
The zipline spans a distance of over 2 kilometres, so it’s a long ride with plenty of time to take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, including La Mesenia Cloud Forest and Cerro Tusa, one of Colombia’s iconic mountains shaped like a giant pyramid. The views alone make the adrenaline rush worth it.
After landing, you’ll have a few minutes to catch your breath and take photos with the dramatic mountains in the background. There’s also a small café at the site where you can grab a coffee and reflect on the experience.
